This practice has the friendliest staff I have ever come upon. They are very tuned into you and your needs, and they make an effort to learn your name and get to know you. It seems like many other practices I have been to operated like factories where I was just another number; however Dr. Ross’ office is nothing of the sort. Also, I waited less than 2 minutes (which is so rare for any doctor!). Overall, all of the employees were extremely professional and I was impressed!

Dear Nancy, Please allow me to take a moment to thank you for coming in on your day off (a weekend no less) to help me with my dental emergency. I know you didn’t have to do this, but I so much appreciate the fact that you volunteered to help me when I need help the most. Only two days before I was scheduled to stand before one thousand students and hundreds of guest to deliver the commence address at the college, I broke my front tooth – and you came to my rescue on your day off. I know that you and your office mates select and “Employee of the Month” award. I certainly hope you get top billing for December. You were my life saver. After trying many dentists in Atlanta, I finally found Dr. Ross. I've now been seeing him for at least ten years. He recommends only necessary work (unlike other dentists), he makes sure I am very comfortable, and when he has to numb my mouth, his shots are painless. The staff is super friendly and very efficient, and everyone remembers me from visit to visit and they always send me home with fresh flowers.

The entire staff is very thoughtful and efficient. When I say this I mean the staff thinks through the processes so that they do not pass the work off to the patients. When they do ask the patients to fill out a form, they do it in the most time efficient manner. The care is very thorough and careful. Suggestions for additional treatment are considered carefully.

Dr. Ross and his staff are so welcoming and friendly while delivering the highest level of care. They always make you feel at home all the way down to giving you flowers as you leave. After more than fifteen years of care at this office, I will never go anywhere else (and I do not live in Atlanta)!
