We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patients' insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Although we will gladly file your claim on your behalf, you may wish to submit the claim yourself.
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
For multiple visits, we have three options:
1. Full Payment at time of service (with 5% fee reduction)
2. Open Account Payment Plan (Fees divided int 2-3 equal payments)
3. Payment Plan through outside financing
