Inherently, going to the dentist is one of the most hated medical necessities. However under the direction of Dr Rad and her very experienced staff, my visits have been pleasant rewarding.
I have gone to the same dentist in Tustin for 36 years and decided to try someone closer to my house. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. I have been in there three times now and have never had to wait and I am reminded of my appointment the day before which is very helpful. I would rate this office five stars.

I was hurt in a slip and fall accident (severely damaging three teeth) on 7-12-10. It was at closing hour when I arrived at gateway dental group. The staff received me very warmly and did not leave until I was completely taken care of. Approximately 8 p.m. that night. The level of professionalism, care and dedication is second to none in my book.
From my first visit with Dr. Rad this has been a 100% positive experience! From Lauri and Sasha in the front office to all of Dr. Rads help I have never felt more welcomed by a Dentist ever! I had sever problems with my teeth!After ex rays etc... Dr Rad said we needed to get them out! Being a person with some very bad dental experiences this unnerved me a great deal. She assured me that this situation was not good for my overall health and made me very comfortable with the entire process! This lady is one in a million and it shows from the people she employees to her own personal service. Simply put, She Cares!!! I would and have sent several people to her and they all feel the same way. I will never stop telling people of her office and incredible staff of pure professionals! If you hate the Dentist? Ever since DMO & my original dentist refusing to be a part of it, I bounced around from Dental office to Dental office until landing solidly at Gateway Dental in 2006. This is the best dental office I have been to. We actually have a great time while I am there, even though dental work is not very fun. They are friendly & trustworthy to go along with quality work with "state of the art" equipment. I highly recommend Gateway Dental!
A beautiful atmosphere with friendly people that make you feel welcomed. Modern, state of the art equipment and I especially enjoyed the comfortable dental chairs. The dentist answered all of my questions and let me know what she was going to do before she did it which my mind at ease. Overall, the quality of care is excellent.

I went to Dr. Rad after my accident on 2008. I reviewed her background prior to my visit and contacted her office. The office staff were very helpful, Dr. Rad was caring and understanding about my pain. After explaining the reason of my call, she offered me to visit her office the same day, even before the paper work was forwarded to her from my attorney. I was very impressed with her personality, knowledge and how she operates her office with the latest technology. After my visit, received a call from her office as follow up. They made sure that I would be taking care of during and after each visits. In my opinion, Dr. Rad's office is very well managed and her staffs are professionals. I wanted to thank Dr. Rad and all her staff members for the service they provided during my visits and would like to go back to her as my regular dentist. I would recommend her to anyone who is searching to find the best dentist.
This dental office is the best that I have been to, and I have been to many in my life. They are very cordial with a great sense of humor, which is needed in a dental office. When I go there, we have fun while my mouth is getting beat up!
