I’m long overdue in officially recognizing you for changing my life. I am not exaggerating. As I grew into an adult so, too, grew my embarrassment about my teeth. Braces would have helped my crookedness but not the pocked, discolored teeth that nature gave me. I had sought answers periodically at a variety of dentists, but instead of solutions, I was scolded falsely about my hygiene. As my self-image continued to wane, at age 30, I was diagnosed with diabetes. This was a devastating blow. Along with many other dangers from this disease, I became aware of the increased risk of gum disease. This felt like the last straw. I am so thankful that at this low point, my loving, encouraging husband, P. convinced me that we could find an answer. That’s when we found you. From the first moment we walked into The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, I was treated with dignity and compassion. I was given solutions to my myriad of dental challenges. My gum disease was successfully treated. I got to design my new look, and 20 veneers later, I easily developed a new habit – smiling. My teeth look so great! You have changed my life! I am so grateful to all of you for your professionalism and your kindness. Patiently, you got me though my most nervous moments. Now instead of dreading “the dentist”, I look forward to regular cleanings – not only because I am so proud of my new smile but also because I get to see all of you wonderful people. Thank you for always going the extra mile. You’re all so beautiful .

Just a note (with a few flowers attached) to say thanks again for all your help with my care. I’m sure that in the course of your day the work you do must inevitably seem quite routine. However, perhaps every now and then you might afford yourself the luxury of reflecting upon the profound benefit your skill provides to your patients. I knew going in that my case would present its own challenges for you; however, your patience and good cheer through every procedure helped make what I expected to be very difficult situation a lot easier than I would’ve even hoped. Your extreme courtesy is exceeded only by your superior professionalism (or is it the other way around?). naturally I’m very pleased with the results! To be regularly complemented on my smile for me represents a whole sea change in relating to others; the veneers are bright, natural-looking, and very functional-pretty amazing-words fail me. So to all the staff, hope these few buds express at least a little of my thanks (wasn’t sure how many of you there were, but I wanted to get enough for you to divvy up, if you wanted). As for Dr. Tolliver, there’s no real way I can thank him, except to confirm for him that his art does help his patients on more levels than perhaps even he might realize-and in the coin of gratitude for this good effect, enshrined in this testimonial.

Thanks so much for your kindness and understanding. You are the best! When I first came to your office, I was new to the Indianapolis area. And the dentist office was not exactly my favorite place to go. However, the atmosphere of your office is has changed my perspective. Everyone in your office is so friendly, so kind, so understanding. You are a great group of people. I actually look forward to my appointments. As you know, my work schedule is always changing. I really appreciate the fact that you were so flexible when it came to scheduling me and rescheduling me for appointments, Most offices would have made me wait weeks for a new appointment but somehow you fit me into the schedule. And I must say that your warm, down to earth, comforting personality made a difference to me. As a patient, I tend to get nervous just walking into a dentist office. But your office was different. Even when you had to do a major procedure, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I really appreciate that. Thanks for telling me about the porcelain veneers. AT first, I was not sure if I should get them. But now that I have them, I am so happy I made that decision. My fiancé, my colleagues at work, my family, and friends notice the difference in my smile immediately. I also feel more confident. I smile more. I laugh more. People can say what they want to but I feel appearance does make a difference. I would highly recommend the porcelain veneers for everyone.
