Excellent!!!! The shot to numb my tooth prior to its filling was painless and the explanation of the work to be done was clearly stated. I had no wait time in the dental office either.
Best Dentist Visit Ever The overall friendliness of everyone in this practice was the best I have ever encountered! Everyone was nice, things were explained to the fullest, and when I asked questions they were answered so I understood and the hygienist was happy to answer them. The Best The office atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The assistant was so friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to make sure I could pick up my whitening trays that same day. I live out of town and work full-time so if it wasn't for her I would have had to take more time off from work to come back to pick it up.

You guys are the best!!!!! They have the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever had to deal with. They make you comfortable and treat you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My daughter was afraid of dentists until I took her to this office. and now she can't wait to go back!!!!

Serene and Professional Dr. Bracken has a very serene, calm, professional office. The staff members are great. Everything that needs to be done is explained in an understandable way and the staff is very kind and VERY competent.
Looking forward to next time I actually look forward to going and seeing the girls there, they are hilarious. I really enjoy the feel of the whole office! And on a side note the tile work is gorgeous !!!! LOL.

Very Impressed I was apprehensive of course, not knowing what to expect, having so much work done at one time plus not having any prior experience with Dr. Bracken. Afterward, my thoughts were, "Wow! That wasn't bad at all!" She and Lisa took excellent care of me. I am a lifelong Columbus resident, am big on networking, used to work retail, currently at Cummins plus a part time Realtor with Coldwell Banker - I know half the town. I will definitely speak highly of my new dentist and will try to send you some referrals! I was very impressed with how my work was done. I anticipated it taking much longer but was pleasantly surprised, and the quality of work was excellent.
Great Doctor Barnone the most comfortable and professional dentist office Ive ever been to and Ive never had a Dentist as confident as Dr. Bracken which in turn makes me appreciate so much her work.
