And felt that the entire staff was friendly and made my visit a easy, comfortable experience! I would recommend Dr. Tau's office to anyone looking for a great dentist and friendly caring environment. Dr. Tau is highly qualified and very gentle and has made crowns for my teeth and done teeth whitening and Invisalign. I have been so very pleased with the results of all of my work...the Invisalign and crown work especially! It has been quite pain free! Don't stop to think where should I go....Go to see Dr. Tau and his great staff you'll be so happy that you did!
Dr. Leonard Tau and his staff are very personable and professional. The office, recently renovated, has a spa atmosphere Small touches, such as a complimentary hand wax treatment while having your teeth cleaned makes you feel very special and pampered. I highly recommend Dr. Tau, especially for those patients who are anxious about going to the dentist. I feel very lucky to have found such a great group of people to care for the dental needs of me and my family.

Let me start off by staying how responsive this office was. The office was closed that day and the dentist left his cell phone number on the answering machine. I sent a text message stating my name, phone #, and problem and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Incredible. He was able to schedule me an appt the very next business day. Went in. The technician was super nice and he was very helpful. He was able to diagnos the problem and gave me two solutions to my particular symptoms. One cheaper that might work and the other was more expensive and more invasive (i.e. root canal). Guess which one I took. He took the time to explain both proceedures and the risks involved. Next day, pain-free. Freakin' phenomenal.

For me, going to the dentist was never an enjoyable experience. I've been to different dental offices before where I had a scheduled appointment, but still had to wait for hours. Then finally when I would go back to sit with the dentist, I would have to wait again for he/she to come in the room, to then finally not have the most comfortable time. This is not the case at Dr. Tau's Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence! Instead of feeling like you are at "the dentist," you feel like you are at a relaxing spa! The office is updated, clean and tranquil. The staff is more then wonderful! I was first greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. Dr. Tau and his staff are conscious of your time, so there was no long waiting period. Dr. Tau, Michelle and Heather were very attentive in making sure that I was comfortable at all times. Everything from the soothing massaging chair I sat in, to the personal television and radio ensured for a wonderful experience. All of that, while receiving top quality dental care! I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist as much as I do when I go to see Dr. Tau and his amazing staff! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately greeted and offered a drink. I was taken back to a comfortable dentist chair and was offered an ipod with my choice of music or cable tv. Everyone I met was friendly and explained every step of my treatment. I was never left alone in the chair and felt I was the only patient in the office. I am ususally useasy (as most people are) in dentist's chairs, but my experience at PCDE made me anything but. The dental work looks great and their dental plan has already paid for itself. I can't say enough about Dr. Tau, Alex, Michelle, Barb and everyone else on staff. I've finally found a dentist that I do not dread seeing (quite the contrary) and one that I can keep for life!

This is the first time in years that I went to see a dentist again. Dr. Tau is one of the nicest person I have met. The staff are friendly as well. He was very very thorough about what will be the treatment plan. He presented multiple treatment that would best suit me. I felt very comfortable after seeing Dr. Tau. Very friendly and professional. When I have a dental emergency I am worked into the schedule very quickly which shows excellent organization. Dr. Tau knows his "stuff", and explains it well. Consequently, I feel confident that I am being cared for in the best possible way. Every person in the office is so positive that it actually makes going to the dentist a fun experience. I've some excellent dentist's in my 53 years; but, I never could say that I actually enjoyed going to one before! Dr. Tau actually called me on the weekend to schedule an appointment for me after I emailed them. Never seen someone go to that extent to have a new patient. I just finished my invisalign treatment closing a lot of spaces and the results are amazing. When I first met Dr. Tau he impressed me because I came in to talk about whitening and veneers and he urged me to consider invisalign. I left but returned soon after and committed to the invisalign. He explained the entire process, what to expect during the procedure and gave me very flexible payment options to take care of the treatment. The treatment went according to plan, it was so easy to wear the trays and before I knew it everything was completed. Dr. Tau showed me my before and after pictures and I cannot believe what I used to look like. Love my result, love the office and team and most of all I know love my smile. If you are interested in invisalign do yourself a favor and give Dr. Tau a call and let him do his thing. Thanks Dr. Tau.

A wonderful experience all around. Dr. Tau and his team care greatly about your well being both in the office and even after. I received a call from Dr. Tau himself the night I underwent a procedure to see how I was doing. I was stunned. He gives the most painless injection ever and I have had a lot of them. I look forward to each and every appointment I have with them as there is always a smiling face when you walk through the door. Barbara was a great addition to the team. Keep up the great work. I found this office through a site online so I decided to check it out desite being a 30-40 min. drive. For my whole life I was under the assuption that Dentists are evil and always dreaded going to them so I still had my doubts. As I got there I loved how everyone was so friendly amd courteous. They offer everything geared to keeping you comfortable. During my visit they made me feel at home and walked me through the entire procedure and explained everything that they were saying without me having to ask. I felt they were extremely honest and thorough with everything. After discussing the results of me having to come back for more work, they provided me with several options for payment that would best fit my budget and were able to rescheudle me in a timely manner.Even though this office isn't close to me or accepted in my dental plan, I feel that the services and patient care that this office offers outway all of the inconvienences. I feel a sense of knowing that I am getting the work I need done the right way and without all the pain and discomfort that I have associated dentists with in the past.

Let me begin by saying I have hated going to dentists all my life and my teeth show it. But I walked through the right door this time. As a patient who had some concerns about going to the dentist I have to applaud your office for a job well done. From the first time I was on your website and saw your videos I felt very comfortable and decided that you would be the dentist that took care of my mouth. From the initial phone call with Barbara to the rest of my interactions with the staff I cannot compliment your team more. Dr. Tau gives the most amazing injections, you do not even know he is numbing the area. He is very considerate and takes the time to make sure you are area is completely numb before proceeding with treatment. Alex is an absolute artist.
