Qualifications for The Center for Dental Excellence
Cary N. Goldberg, D.D.S.
Dr. Goldberg received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University College of Dentistry in Chicago. Since his graduation, he has maintained a private practice emphasizing comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry in the south suburbs.
Due to Dr. Goldberg's commitment to excellence in the art and science of creating stunning, beautiful smiles, he has participated in many prestigious postgraduate dental programs with leading international cosmetic dentists.
Dr. Goldberg believes that improving patients' smiles through conservative cosmetic dental techniques has a positive impact on their overall appearance and self-confidence. His proven skills as a dental craftsman and artistic ability have allowed him to perform smile makeovers with amazing results.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration, Illinois State Dental Society, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Chicago Dental Society.
Charles J. Greenebaum, D.D.S.
Dr. Greenebaum received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago. For the past two decades, he has been transforming the way his patients look and feel, allowing him to have an immeasurable impact on their quality of life.
Dr. Greenebaum believes each of his patients is a unique individual with specific needs. He spends a great deal of time informing and educating his patients so that they have the opportunity to actively participate in their own treatment. Dr. Greenebaum's caring attitude and his expertise in the areas of implants and cosmetic dentistry have allowed his patients to enjoy the smile and confidence they never imagined.
Dr. Greenebaum has an impressive resume that demonstrates his commitment to the ever-changing field of dentistry, specifically the areas of comprehensive restorative dentistry, implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. He continues to study and train with the most prominent clinicians in the field.

B. Lynn Malone, D.D.S.
Dr. Malone received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Bloomington. Since her graduation, she has been in private practice with an emphasis on providing family dental care.
Dr. Malone believes in treating every client with kindness, dignity and respect, and helping each person to determine their own dental future, with her guidance as their personal dental consultant.
Dr. Malone provides treatment from a woman's perspective in a warm and sincere manner. She takes whatever time is necessary to listen to your concerns and understand your needs. Using her care and knowledge, she then assists and guides her patients toward their unique dental goals. Dr. Malone is committed to your total health and quality of care through education, resolution of disease and restoration to beauty.
She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
John A. Saniat, D.D.S.
Dr. Saniat received both his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and his Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has a private practice limited to periodontics and is assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois.
Dr. Saniat believes that having healthy gums is the foundation for a great-looking smile. His experience and expertise allow him to treat all forms of gum disease as well as cosmetic problems related to the gums. Dr. Saniat works closely with the restorative dentists on our team so as to achieve the results both he and his patients will be proud of.
Dr. Saniat is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, Illinois Society of Periodontology, Midwest Society of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and the Wheaton Dental Society.
Brian Walczak, D.D.S.
Dr. Walczak graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s College of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010. He went on to complete a two year General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his second year was spent as Chief Resident.
His advanced training includes IV sedation dentistry, dentistry for the handicapped, oral surgery and implant dentistry. These skills and experience allow Dr. Walczak to treat a wide range of patients and perform procedures that a general dentist typically refers to a specialist.
When he isn't in his scrubs, Dr. Walczak enjoys traveling, golf, fishing, cooking, photography, sports, and family time. Brian, his wife Marie, and son Leo reside in Chicago.
